Pullwood Bay is spectacularly situated in 51 acres of private gardens and woodland, with a half-mile of glorious lake frontage on Windermere. We also have our own private jetty, from which you can enjoy a trip across the lake, on one of the Windermere Lake Cruise boats. The estate is poised on the quieter side of Windermere, between the picturesque town of Ambleside and the lovely village of Hawkshead, in the heart of the southern Lake District. We are only a two hour drive from Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow or Edinburgh, yet just minutes from the grandeur of the Langdale Pikes and the beauty of Windermere and Coniston Water, as well as the delights of the world-famous Drunken Duck Inn at Barngates.
